Hahahahahahahahahahaha
Ima gonna throw you off a ledge if you're dumb enough to stand next to it and I'll fight along side my teammate if I chose a team based game mode. Ganks really aren't that hard to fight off if you have revenge mode and a basic comprehension of blocking. And you know, it's stupidly easy to stand anywhere but on a ledge. You throw me off a ledge, GG m8, you outsmarted me and led me to a quick death. You gank me, GG m8, you killed my teammate fairly and that gave you the upper hand for a short time until I use revenge mode and destroy your teammate and even the odds.

2 RepliesUgh, PVP folks can be cancerous. It's like those guys who camp in a corner the entire match. Honestly I've given up on PVP (apart from titanfall 2, I enjoy that) in most PVP games your teammates can't defend themselves, nobody plays the objective (ever), and matches always stalemate or time out because of that.
If I were a dev I'd put everyone down a level and make them lose all their progression from that round if there's a stalemate. I'd encourage people to actually try to play the game. K/D isn't all that matters. The win is just as important.
And before anyone says that I'm saying that because I'm a "scrub" I'll tell you my average K/D for most games I play is 2.0 or better, so I'm bot bad. I'm just really fed up.

9 RepliesWell for honor hadn't even released yet and it seems like the community cancer is already rivaling cod levels
-
10 RepliesHonor can make the game much more fun. Sometimes, it's about a little more than winning.
-
The games fanbase seems to be mostly neckbeards with fedoras trying to br honourable

As someone who has a lot of legitimate issues with this game I feel like a majority of peoples frustrations with this game are just because they don't understand it. Hell just dominions scoring system is much more complex than it lets on to be. and their are a lot of subtlties to the combat that the game doesn't really explain well or at all. But on the topic of "honor" it's the same trashy nonsense that appears in any game that features pvp. People make up their own rules in their head and expect other players to follow them. Getting tilted about people talking down to them simply because they play differently. I personally hate pitfall deaths. and the other various methods in the game that lets you one shot someone. I try my best to avoid them. But I don't talk down to people who do it. it's apart of the game. it's a legit way to beat someone.

Haven't played it yet but it seems like that Deadliest Warrior game that came out years ago. I'm just gonna find the fastest class with a projectile and get the first hit then run down the timer or whatever by circling the arena.

6 RepliesOw, I accidentally cut myself on that edge.

1 ReplyThrowing people off of ledges is a tactic that was implemented into the game so it's free reign. If you're dumb enough to give someone that opening then you deserve to be thrown off of a ledge. Also the majority of people that I've seen complaining about this make believe "video game honor" have been bitching about 2v1 situations in the 2v2 game mode, which is just ridiculous. If you want a 1v1 then play duals. Even the AI will gang up on you in 2v2 matches. If people can't handle two enemies at once they need to step their game up or stick to duals, enough said.

3 RepliesI won a duel by knocking the guy i was fighting of the ledge 3 times
-
4 RepliesShould I get the game? I didn't get to play the beta because I was away and download would've taken too long to play on the last day. But it looks really fun
-
Ja, ja, "honor" in video game... Reminds me of those scrubs in fighting games who complain about ringouts despite A) choosing a stage where ros are possible B) getting close to the edge C) spending the whole match trying to get a ro on you
-
2 RepliesWhat do you people have against honor? If I beat my opponent, I watch my ally claim his own victory, or save his butt if he's getting destroyed. Is there something wrong with that?
-
I see For Honor as another Overwatch to me. Fun game but can't stay attached for long. Probably not going to buy.
-
4 RepliesEither that or all the stupid ass morons who run away from you to 2v1 your partner...
-
I think it's silly as well. If people want to 1v1, they should 1v1. For example, in Smash, if you're playing 2v2 and one teammate dies, that one guy then has to take on both players at once. There's no mercy. He'll get combo'd to hell.
-
6 RepliesI love throwing people off ledges. It's pretty fun to do in-game, too.
-
In the alpha I came across a guy in the 2v2 mode who would just run away the whole time. Had to continuously chase him, it was annoying. Also, I hate when in 2v2 you go to face off against your adversary and they turn around and run to double team your teammate.

Multiple 2v2s I paired with a friend (who I had yet to train) and died a ton, resulting in most 2v1s. Being a conqueror though, I can easily manage multiple people, and got really good at it I might add. It was always fun making them think they had me, but not know where they are because they get cocky. Fast bash and twist, off goes one. Run and turn to take the second to the floor, and proceed to beat him up until dead. I wouldn't say I win all encounters, but most I can handle. I can see where people want an honorable fight. Ganking and destroying someone isn't going to help them get better, nor be any fun either. Honestly, I play fair when I do 2v2s and try not to be an ass in 1v1s, but that is how I play. Sadly I can't speak for everyone, as a grand chunk of players prefer to be an ass solely to be one.
-
I mean, I'm fine if we both taunt each other before dueling.
-
I always let people finish their 1v1 before I step in if I'm playing Brawl. Unless they're a pokie-stick, then they get ganked. Dominion is a whole other game though, expect to get ganked. As far as using the environment to get kills, it's totally a legit way to kill.

Mercy is for the weak.

1 ReplyThere was one post. Many people disagreed with him. This post was unnecessary
-
4 RepliesFrom what I've seen, "playing honorable" is mostly a 2v2 game mode thing where if you win your fuel against the first guy, you wait to take on the next guy 1v1 instead of double teaming him with your ally
-
Agreed.

It's only what they shout that the beginning of every match. 😂
