Had an order on one of the Bungie Foundation pins right? So I get the paperback the pins attached to, scratch it off, go to redeem it and the codes "already been redeemed". So I submit a store support ticket on November 10th of 2016, and don't get a reply until January 4th of 2017 asking for an order number. Replied the same day with the order number, still waiting on hearing anything. Even posted in the "help" section on here and never got a reply either.
Guess I should have expected and not been surprised by extra shitty service from a company that resold content 3 times to its players and can't even manage to maintain a proper balance in their game. Use caution if you order anything from the Bungie Store.
I'll just wait here for the ninjas to come shred this post lol.

Every customer service for a big company is horrible. I used to do customer service on the phones. People yell at you all day and expect you to have the knowledge of the ceo. You know they only paid us minimum wage to be harassed and cursed at and threatened and made to feel small for 8 hours a day. So ya, customer service sucks. You can't blame the person you talk to for not giving a shit about your problem. You blame the company for not properly supporting the people who are your ambassadors to the public. Would you be nice to someone who screams at you for 8 hours straight? Someone who blames you all day for shit you had nothing to do with. Being forced to apologize for something you didn't do. But it won't get better. It will only get worse. Personally I don't ever talk to customer service. I only call when I have an issue I can't resolve myself or research myself. And I know that because of this, most likely the person on the line, can't help me, because it's above them and their authority. So I always immidiatly ask for a supervisor since it always inevitably lands there any way to get anything done. Customer service agents are basically there to read you the small print you don't want to read on directions and agreements. Alot of them literally Google your question and then read it back.

Seems like they think their banning machine and who they ban is COMPLETELY justified, so they don't add in a failsafe in case it isn't justified. -blam!- Bungie for that.

I know there was a problem with the second batch of pins they made. October 16 maybe? They sent out separate emails containing the emblem code, presumably as the one in the pack wouldn't work. Not sure which batch you're buying but check all the emails you got at the time of first dispatch, there's maybe a code in there for you.

Took 3 months for my pin and TShirt and the shirt size was wrong. Submitted multiple requests and have yet to get a response. I contested the charges and the cc company authorized it and gave me a full refund. They said that they were unable to contact the company in order to resolve the issue . So yeah worst customer service I've ever seen ever. Well that's not totally true I had a bad experience with an oversees pharmacy operating in Bolivia . God damn narcotics never arrived and well they didn't return my number ... That well is my bad and I accept that but from a us company. -blam!- em !! My advice to you contest the charge and you'll be guaranteed a refund. Seriously !
