I was using the app to transfer the year 3 trials titan mark from my vault to my titan when my game froze. I restarted my game and the app but the mark is gone not in vault or on any of my characters. How do i get it back

2 RepliesIf it is not on any of your characters, in the vault or the post master then it is gone. Bungie will not restore lost or deleted characters or items. Their policy is linked above.

5 RepliesHi . Are you looking on the app or in game? As app related issues usually solve themselves and the item turns up either in your vault or on the original swapping character.
