Best 3D Zelda that's not OoT or MM?

Twilight Princess for me. I liked the darker tone the game took, reminds me of MM, which is one of my top 3 favorite games. I actually didn't like Wind Waker at all, not for the art style, but simply because I don't like water or oceans. :/

I was young when wind waker came out I wasn't aware of people hating it for the cartoony style, Passed them both but wind waker is the one I've played through all the way more than once Twilight Princess had a different feel for me :/ felt weird

Being a gamer during the GameCube era, I'm definitely going to say Wind Waker even though I played the heck out of Twilight Princess. Though goofy looking due to the cartoon appearance, it was vivid and greatly pleasing to play. The addition of a GameBoy allowing access to the Tingle Tuner was especially fun and the fact that they made a remastered version only goes to show that it is a noteworthy Zelda game.
