PSN License/Taken King/Rise of Iron
Hello, I am trying to purchase your expansion Rise of Iron for the PS4 however I am having issues. I go to the playstation store and go to purchase but it says I am not able to. It says that "You are not able to purchase this product for the following reason(s):
You have not purchased
Destiny: The Taken King"
However this is not the case because I have purchased "Destiny - The Taken King Legacy Edition"
I talked to playstation and they said there may be a code to redeem inside the game case to redeem license for taken king but I did not find one, they pointed me to activistion who pointed me to you.
Any way you guys could help? I really want to play this expansion, I would rather spend $30 then $40

8 RepliesEdited by GrundleBeans: 1/10/2017 3:21:10 AM[b]If you purchased the [u]Legendary[/u] Edition[/b], which includes the game and all DLCs up to TTK, digitally from the PS Store, you should be able to download it again at any time if it is not installed. You can also attempt to restore the license by deleting Destiny and reinstalling. [b]If you purchased from a store[/b] like GameStop, you should have received a code on the receipt. If you lost the receipt, contact them (GameStop, Best Buy, etc.) about your purchase to get the code(s) resent to you. [b]If you purchased from an online retailer[/b], you would have been sent an email with the code(s). If you can't find the email, contact your retailer. [b]If you purchased TTK on a [u]legacy console[/u][/b] and are now attempting to play Destiny on a PS4/Xbox One after importing, [b]TTK is not part of the free digital upgrade program[/b]. It is a separate purchase you have to make when upgrading consoles. You can try to find a purchase for the TTK expansion alone or you can buy Destiny - The Collection that includes TTK and RoI. It is currently $40 on Amazon.
