Waving and Teabagging
If you kill somebody or get killed and you/they wave, don't be mad. A wave just means "Hey m8, I outplayed you. No hard feelings." If you/they tbag, that's when it's truly malicious intent and you have every right to crush their soul and tbag back.

32 RepliesWhy do you feel the need to do either? Firstly its obvious they beat you, you are dead. Secondly its terribly unsportsmanlike to highlight the shortcomings of others. The only reason anyone would do it is to annoy or provoke other players. Which makes them or yourself utter dicks.

I always wave when someone out plays me. Or at the end of the match if it was close. That's normally when the tea bagging I don't know how to turn off my rage players run up and kill you after the match is over and they have stopped keeping score.

1 ReplyWent into a game of rift solo the other day when it was the daily. Wasn't paying much attention during matchmaking, when the match kicks off I notice it's 6 ransoms against a team of 6. A clan too, not a random fire team. Every one of them except one guy was running clever dragon and matador. Our team had a massive variety of load outs. Every goddamn kill they got they t-bagged. It was -blam!-ing obnoxious. Still only lost by 1000 points

I don't do either unless it's a truly epic kill. Like a sticky from across asylum, or a fusion rifle shot from across the heavy room on burning shrine. Or the one time I got a cross map nova on frontier. That was fun, I ran as hard as I could to bag all five of those ghosts. A tasteful double and then moved on. Got a few "GG" messages after that match.

7 RepliesMy buds and I just had a games day and we played some crucible. We aren't by any means great at crucible but we bagged the shit outta people and it was so fun. One of us would get a kill and all of us would slide in for the bag lol. It was a good time.

I had a game where I got shotgun/storm melee'd and was tbagged, next time I killed him I waved, then another guy ran right up to me as I was waving, killed him, then the guy who bagged me spawned right next to me. I continued to kill him, and then bag him back... good times

The fact that tbagging is such a negatively used term just shows how professionally offended everyone is on these fourms. Miss the halo days when it was disrespectful to not bag after an epic kill. It's rare to get a "gg" after a tbag battle in Deadstiny, usually a little kid complaining.
