Waving and Teabagging
If you kill somebody or get killed and you/they wave, don't be mad. A wave just means "Hey m8, I outplayed you. No hard feelings." If you/they tbag, that's when it's truly malicious intent and you have every right to crush their soul and tbag back.

1 ReplyI had a player snipe me and then T-bag me . I got him back later and did a little dance . Sure as could be, he quickly messaged me and ask me why I thought that was appropriate because mine was just a kill and his was a no scope . Apparently there are rules to being a douche.

Back in the Halo days, [b]when there was no wave emotes[/b], tbagging was just a friendly "hey I out played you" sort of thing like you said. It wasn't some malicious hate crime.

Yea it's like a taunt. I remember when Halo 2 came out and we all played online for the first time. All of a sudden ppl were spamming b. I use to be like wtf are they doing. When I was informed it lit a fuse. Ppl need to realize what that is and what that means. That's why I'm glad Bungie introduce the wave/dance emotes. It's a lot better.

I suck at crucible and die a lot. But that t-bag every now and again warms my cockles. I then spend the whole match hunting down the scrotal assassin, disregarding how many times I die or how badly the team is losing. And 9/10 I'll get that t-bag on him in return. And that's what crucible is all about for me. Terrible post game stats but my bag has graced someone's face. Even sweeter if a good weapon or exotic drops for doing the worst. I was playing a max speed Hunter setup in doubles with a friend. We were twinsing and just trying to run around the map without dying. At one point one of the enemies started camping one corner with a Mat64 and bagging when he got a kill. My response was equipping Universal Remote and running the opposite direction so I was behind him, then bagging after the kill. Satisfied, I went back to Mida and began my laps again. He wasn't done. That guy made it his mission to kill me and only me. What did I do? I took the challenge head-on and ended that game 20/4. I don't know why that was relevant.

I only teabag when I kill a shotguning idiot who doesn't know what a primary is. It's disgusting how many players I've seen running around with their shotgun out getting more deaths than kills

Regardless of whether they wave or tea bag, a solid clap emote or wave back, happens on my side all of the time.

I creep up around the corner while 4,5 or 6 of you are counting down the time for your precious Heavy Ammo and right when the clock strikes zero I unleash my Nova Bomb. But the sweetest moment out of all of this is the Massive T-Bag I drop shortly after I crush your dreams! Note: Solar Grenades work nice too... nice hot and steamy T BAG!

I like playing around when we both respect each other's skills. But when they wave or tbag after a juggernaut shotgun kill or invis hunter standing behind the corner with a shotgun the I get mad

I do not have a problem with Tbagging but never do it. Happens to em all the time, but my personal preference is to use an emote. Destiny has dozens of emotes to choose from and, in my opinion these are criminally underutilized in PVP. If you are salty because someone did a dance on your or then you need to rethink your life ;-) haha

Na half the time people wave after a play that truly wasn't impressive. Slide around a corner quick scope me after i get some shots on you. Then you earned your wave buddy.
