1. Decrypting a fully stated exotic weapon no longer gives two exotic shards. Just 1. With this it now becomes pointless to buy an exotic at the weapon kiosk, level it up with motes of light and cash it in for two exotic shards. 2. Exotic Weapon engrams now have a lower percentage of decrypting at a level higher than your light level. The last several exotic engrams I have decrypted have all been at my current light level and a few were below. I actually haven't seen one drop higher since the 3 of coins was first removed a few weeks ago. This in turn makes 3 of coins more or less useless at levelling up your character because you will have to decrypt many, many exotics if there is a chance at all of them decrypting at a higher light level. So probably the reason why 3 of coins was removed in the first place!!! If anyone is having exotics drop at a higher level then your current light level please provide a ray of light by responding. Because at the moment if you are a solo player and you haven't already reached level 400 then (assuming exotic engrams no longer drop higher) that means the end of levelling up as no Siva Strike drops provides any chest armour gear and no other mechanism for solo players is provided.
