After sending sanps, everyone thinks they just disappear. They don't, they never do. They're actually still saved on your device. You might think to yourself, no that can't be. I have never seen them in my photo gallery or my files (Android). Well, first of all they are stored in the files. So IOS doesn't even have remote access to that. Android has some access to files [u]on[/u] the phone. But... Snapchat is sneaky and uses a [.nomedia] extension which makes them the file not even appear at all! Just because you can't see them doesn't mean they are not there. If you guys are interested I could make a thread to tell you actually how to recover every single picture that has been sent on Snapchat from your device. Ik this is probably the proper place for this since everyone on here hates snapchat. I have no other places to post this and also it's nice to know.
