Video of game play from 12-7-16 circa 11:00pm Eastern, i.e. during an Aksis Challenge mode week. Throughout the video you will see that our fire team without fail slams 6 vents, stuns Aksis 6 times, and kills Aksis promptly. We did not miss a Vent or a teleportation, the game messages confirm that. None of us going in had beaten the challenge mode at all for Aksis yet. Upon Completion none of us received the emblem, or the ornament. I prove on my character that I had room in my inventory, and my postmaster was also not full. I have spent the past day scouring the internet to see if there was anything else we were supposed to do. I did not find any information to say that we had. We complete the challenge on Normal mode, however every source of information confirms that this is okay. Someone did die during the encounter, I have not heard from any source saying you aren't allowed to die. If you see something I missed, please clearly state it; and then I apologize for speaking with my head full of hot air. My team doesn't get on all the time, it is difficult for us to organize a raid run, nonetheless teach ourselves how to beat challenge mode. This is the reason I am upset. My team put in hard work and deserves it's reward. Bungie, if you do not see anything that we missed; you have all 6 participants accounts names at the beginning of the video, give us our rewards.
