Everyone is saying primaries need a buff so you can counter shot guns, but what if we just added flinch to shotguns instead? It's way too easy to close a gap on someone when you're being shot in the head even by a high caliber rounds pulse, and then the shotgun is still completely accurate from max range. Flinch should keep a shotgunner from being able to effectively ADS on the target if you're getting head shots with a primary.
