Lets be real, Rise of Iron was worth 10 - 15$
Low content. Most of the content was from the original idea of House of Wolves.

50 RepliesI bought the new battlefield, the new CoD, and forza horizon 3, that's around £160, they barely kept me entertained for a week, destiny has done this for over 2 years now, either be positive or leave, this shit show of a community doesn't need any more negativity.

3 RepliesAbsolutely worth the price. Played no other game since it came out until a week or so ago. Probably paid $.30 an hour for the entertainment. Tell me another form of entertainment that gives you that kind of value.

Nobody batted an eye about the content when they were playing it non stop since September 20th. Other than the toxic PvP complaints, the forums were informative until lets say the Challenge Modes launch. I think the words "last expansion", "smaller than TTK" and "Destiny whatever in 2017" was a clear indicator that things would shut up shop in 2-3 months and that's exactly what happened. As for pricing, that's pretty much a child or teenagers excuse whose parents limit them to a game every so often. $30 is nothing to anyone with an income that can afford the luxury of video gaming. Might sound harsh but it's true. It's especially nothing if you managed to play it exclusively for [b]two months straight[/b], of which most people did. People who say Rise of Iron, or Destiny for that matter, is too repetitive may want to educate themselves on the principals of an MMO, its simply the nature of them. I will give some slack to people though as MMOs are relatively new in the console front. If people really hated the repetition I think Vanilla, TDB, HoW and TTK should have provided ample opportunity to back out at each content interval. Also, everything was listed on what to expect in Rise of Iron through various media. If people were so skeptical how about the old saying, vote with your wallet? Didn't happen obviously.

6 RepliesWhile it was only worth 10 or 15 to you the 30 I paid was worth it to me. I would spend that on a bottle and it would be gone in a day, so 30 to keep me home and keep my girl and kids happy is money well spent to me.

11 RepliesIf people stopped rushing it, this wouldn't be an issue. Look at skyrim, 60 dollar game. You can easily beat it in two hours, but people don't do that. Why? They take their time and enjoy it. Slow down. Enjoy the game. All you accomplish by rushing through it is ruining it for yourself.

36 RepliesI went and watched Doctor Strange the other night with my girlfriend. $30 on tickets, $15 on popcorn and drinks, $34 for dinner after. All for about 4 hours of entertainment. $30 for around 100 hours of entertainment isnt too bad to me. Good value for money.

I've been saying this kinda stuff since DB. DB was worth 5 bucks at least. House of wolves 10 to maybe 15. Taken king was so hyped up and 40 bucks for a dlc has never been heard of, at least for me. Ive seen season passes at that price! I didn't understand how people were not complaining about that more. Everyone was so on the oh bungie I love you for taken king train they didn't give a shiitake how much money they were wasting. If they look at the pattern with DB and HOW they should see how little content might be in it for the price. That's why I didn't even think of buying it till it went in sale.

Sounds like it had a little more than Dark Below, or about as much as House of Wolves. I'd have still paid 30 for it, had it been offered for PS3, and not objected.
