You got that right. I played Iron Banner this weekend, the first crucible I've played since trying to get etheric light out of one in year 2. I actually enjoyed it because it wasn't the constant repetition of spawn, die, spawn die, etc, and end the match in last place with a .3 K/D and 20 deaths which it usually is.
I purposely don't do anything crucible related, like the thorn quest, because it's such a miserable experience. I might reconsider that now.
It was a positive experience because of SBMM. And I can say I wouldn't play if it goes back to how it was.
For Bungie, if you want pvp to be inclusive to all players, as you have mentioned in the past for other parts of the game, then don't remove SBMM. If you want it to be the domain of elitists, then go ahead and remove it.

Edited by lazyandy: 11/14/2016 2:26:40 PMThank you for your support. Very much appreciated. Sadly I realised a counter post like mine, would attract the attention of those that are unable to comprehend that the player base consists of anyone other than elites. It's great when people come back with counter arguments (based on logical thinking) but all too often it's knee jerk reactions backed up with intolerance... we are in Trumpland I fear :(
