Iron Tomb* alternate ending solved yet?

Has anyone made a progress on this yet? I have yet to try with a group, but my theory is to have a fireteam of all 3 classes with each class killing their respective boss with the corresponding arifact equipped....but kill them the same way as the 3 yellowbar knights at the founts in the dreadnaught which opens that door(within 10 seconds or whatever it was). Upon doing that and initiating the self destruct ( I would usually do this part with my hunter and/or titan) as soon as you leave the room with the 3 bosses dead, pull out your sword and scale to the top of said room. By staying on the very top, you will not die once the countdown ends, and maybe the self-res warlock comes back from the grave and activates a chest or something to that effect... Just a thought anyways.

  • I doubt the alt is on the iron tomb. Imagine someone by chance found the alt ending the first time playing through it. They'd have no idea about the end of the story. They'd get an exotic sure, but that breaks flow of the story. This is assuming it doesn't have to be the daily and it can just be on heroic like the other two. If it follows the other two (Lost to Light and Paradox), it will be just a random mission in the middle. Not the first or last. We also know there's a fully rendered inside to the ketch that is at the beginning of The Walls Come Down. My guess is somehow the door opens. We just need to find out how.

    • I have the idea of using a titan hunter and warlock each having the class item that shiro sells in the iron temple plus having the corresponding artifact than they kill the corresponding boss at the end that's one of the only things I don't think people have tried

    • Someone on YouTube (CosS Gaming) has put a theory re the archon's keep. When you get there the forges are not lit or on fire, however when you step into the SIVA flow next to each one, they light up. 3 x forges to light = fireteam?! They haven't found anything else but agree bungie wouldn't just put in some random interaction with them without it leading to something

      • There are doors at Archons keep which open when you deploy your ghost. They lead to hallways which are not spawn points but are blocked with barriers. I think there is a mission that takes you to the top of the tower in Archons keep.

      • Can't kill all three at once. Only one spawns at first then you kill her (jolder) and the other two come out.

            • theres something new thats veen found outside the archons forge but it doesnt seem to be getting much traction, its at the 3 lava machines outside, when you get inside their respective siva clouds and look you look up to the top of the machine the top will light up, Ive got all 3 lit up but havent found anything after that.

              • Someone should try loading it up and using the ghost constantly. Might highlight a vent or secret passage like in some of the strikes and such. Ghosts where after all created to open doors lol

              • did anyone tried to use the Iron Lord Artifact related when killing the 3 boss, I mean what if when you have to kill for example Gheleon you NEED to wear his artifact ??? and so on with the other 2 ?

                          • I've tried a lot of things. I noticed that the swapping of charges leaves one spot red, and the other blue. I'm thinking about having a friend swap them at the same time

                              • if there is an exotic in that mission, or any other mission, its probably time gated, much like NTTE, Sleepser, or black spindle. Guess Bungie will leak it when their ready
