2 RepliesEdited by ArticularAlloy: 11/11/2016 10:41:36 AMThis forum has a lot of children so let me get this out of the way.... It takes a special person to be a Marine. It takes dedication, mental toughness, and physical toughness. Marines are way cooler than your favorite athlete or rapper. If you want to have the utmost "swag" and leave your mark on the country join the Marines.

The marines look after our infantry .

1 Reply*sits in a polished black leather chair* "Thank you soldiers (not a dishonorable name), from all branches of the Defense. Not only marines but respect Air Force, Navy, Military and all others."

2 RepliesHappy Veterans Day to all the soldiers fighting to defend the rights that some Americans take for granted. Thank you for always keeping us safe.

2 RepliesA Marine guy and a Navy guy both use the bathroom at the same time. The Navy guy finishes first and goes to the sink to wash his hands. The Marine guy finishes and goes for the door. Seeing this, the Navy guy is astonished and says, "You know, in the Navy, they teach us to wash our hands after we use the bathroom." The Marine guy turns around, looks at the Navy guy and says, "Well, in the Marines they teach us not to piss on our hands." Happy Veterans day all.

7 RepliesWhat it sounds like when shit it's the Fan!!!! Mmmmmmmmaaarrriiiiines! How does one Airborne Infantry take out a fleet of Marines?! Throw sand on a brick wall and tell them to hit the beach!!!! Airborne!!!! From one service man to another... And thank you for your services!!!
-
1 ReplyHappy birthday? I guess. I think this would fit better into off-topic tho. And one question: Why do you always feel the need to than them for their service? It's not like they're the only people that do something for the country.
sorry this question might sound a bit offensive, but it's not meant to be.
26 RepliesRemember when you all got f-ed up by the Vietnamese? Good times.

Thanks for all your service. I'm army but don't listen to any b.s. from people telling you to put this somewhere else. I don't understand why if it doesn't apply to them they can't just move on to another post. Happy veterans day brother

1 ReplyEdited by BettyB00m77: 11/11/2016 12:13:40 PMFor my father. "Some people spend an entire lifetime wondering if they made a difference in the world. But, the Marines don't have that problem." [Ronald Reagan, U.S. President; 1985] You would have played striker. OO RAAAH!
sorry if my spelling is offensive. Dad retired after 22 years in 1976. I was born in 77 so I missed out on all the parades. All I got were stories of insane heroism from a Master Gunnery Sgt who was first in the sh1t for three major conflicts and never slept a full night the rest of his life. RIP
