Secret Dark Souls 3 DLC Boss - The Infraorder of Brachyura
I can't believe nobody found this until now! Definately one of the best encounters in the series. The boss weapon is kinda meh but the weapon art is pretty cool.
The main strategy is to hit the weak point for massive damage. A few hits to the face and you're good.
