Anyone ever wanted Giant battles in destiny?
YOU got to admit, the sheer fact of a giant battle in Destiny is pretty amazing. Who doesn't want to see Lord Salad bar wielding his giant battle axe into hoards of fallen or Cayde pulling out the Ace of Spades saying IT'S HIGH NOON. BUNGIE, PLEASE make this a thing. Something you can do is a 2 week event with two waves of enemies for every reset. Something for the April update or maybe sooner. I want to go out in the cosmo drone or plaguelands to fight giant hordes of enemies, board ships, maybe even activate anti- air support like those in the campaign. I want you to replicate what you did with your previous franchise. Let us emerse ourselves with this amazing game and lore. Please like if you love the idea.

Give it a titanfall, battlefield, division mix. Large maps with vehicles in a PVP essence with adds, you can collect loot and complete challenges in game before the rewards screen and still have that crucible feel but without the loot stealing. Call it "Front line" make it 12v12vAI PvPvE and set it up in the loading screen like a strike, what's at stake if you win or lose and what is the emphasis being put on your effort. #Deej, #Cosmo, check this out.

4 RepliesI would like to see our vanguard leaders doing ridiculous things. Even in a cutscene. Who would love to see a pile of splicer majors. Suddenly hearing a noise several of them drop. Cayde comes put of invisibility and a boss archon comes to the center and rallies his troops. Cayde shoots him with a tether. Pulls out his golden gun and kills the boss and his troops in one shot. As your guardian stands there jaw dropped. He casually looks over saying. "What you never learned to do that?"

1 ReplyI think skeleton keys should be used at the end of strikes to unleash a big wave of enemies and if you get through them, then you should be able to get the chest

The only games that had "giant battles" that were good were the Dynasty Warriors games. Halo sucks ass because of "giant battles".

I would love for there to be huge battles like they had in RF Online. That game had some of the best PvP in its day.

So far I've battled Atheon, Crota, and Oryx. Now they were all pretty darn big, so I think they qualified as Giant battles.

I don't know about you guys, but the idea of the 100 iron lords storming the plaguelands and into battle with A WARMIND sounds like paradise for war.

They have those times when a war will break out in the Cosmodrome as the taken spawn while you summon an elite. Those are always fun.

24v24 with those Fallen and Hive drop ships actually dropping some enemies like Urzok, Phogoth, etc. would be awesome, but in reality this game can barely handle 6v6 Mayhem and Supremacy without trying to crash when shit gets hectic.

I'd love to see larger scale battles in PVE and PVP. It would be awesome to have 24 vs 24 in the crucible.

Yeah,I wish they had a horde coming at you.The "enemy moves against each other" on the dreadnaught and sometimes on Mars is cool,but too infrequent with not enough enemies. I think there should be a certain spot on Mars,Venus,and Earth where there is a large area just swarming with enemies constantly battling where you can just wade in and kick some ass.Battle ebbing and flowing across the area...where you can surround and defeat a group only to have reinforcements rain down from above.Something with so many enemies that your k/d drops to 10/1 or less. I'm in.There have been times in the glory days of the dreadnaught when I couldn't even see because of all the exploding rounds flying from Cabal Centurions.

I've always wanted a massive pvp match on the patrol maps. Say, like 40 v 40 on the entirety of venus w/ vehicles. Never going to happen with P2P connection tho

I have this dream to just have teams of Strikers being dropped over the battlefield like sentient bombs, activating FoH as they fall. The camera pans far out as the first connects. And then you just see pockets of blue light all over the battlefield, circles completely cleared of enemies. So yes, yes please. I want it all.
