PETITION!!! To Make Halloween Masks INFUSIBLE or ORNAMENTS!

Honestly Bungie, this was a big request last year too. Some people are going to spend $40+ to get that Werewolf mask. (Happened with the Skull Mask.) All Legendary masks should be infusible.
EDIT #1: For all of you wanting to ARGUE on a petition to GIVE players MORE in this game. LIGHT LEVEL is EVERYTHING, in this game..... Anything that takes away from that, should be adjusted to retain that.
EDIT #2: Some have suggested making all Legendary & Exotic helmets have ornament slots & the masks themselves be ornaments.

Here. How to make the masks usable year round and not make them infusable or take up item slots. The masks, all the masks, are stored in the holiday items kiosk. That new one by the shaders and emblems. You go to the kiosk, and select which "Cosmetic Items" you'd like to wear... And really we need more than just masks. This item goes into the quest items or what ever it's called slot, where your faction affiliation, challenge of elders, etc things go... And the cosmetic items you've picked stay active until you replace them at the kiosk, or break them down at the menu screen. It literally could not be any easier and would take zero effort.

4 RepliesSolution : Release infusable masks that are temporary with no rolls & perks so we can enjoy the events and continue to get decent drops! Because while this is fun......... it is distracting us & pulling us away from endgame content.

1 ReplySince day one there has been talk about Bungie needing to incorporate transmogrification into the game, which would be an amazing feature. But they just haven't. Or even a wardrobe system like many other games. Some of the blue gear looks pretty cool, but you just can't wear it. Tbh I'm just excited about Superblack, I've been waiting 3 years for this

I dunno--it was pretty enlightening last night to do some Perfected offerings in the Forge with the mask on. Ouch. Definitely left a mark.

Kinda sucks how the masks drop your light level and after a crucible mask or a public event, you get your rewards and BOOM. Whoops. You forgot to unequip your mask and you reward's light level is 340 or lower I've got a few ups and downs to why masks should or shouldn't get an infuse option, but I think I'm leaning more towards a Yes to the infuse option.

1 ReplyI think masks should totally be infusible but supply no perks and no intellect discipline or strength. If this is done it would let people wear masks and goof around without lowering their light beyond belief but they would miss out on potentially useful perks making an actual helmet instantly more useful.

4 Repliesbe able to infuse them to get their light level up so they don't reduce the light level of your crucible drops. But also don't give them any perks or intellect/discipline/strength points so people can't pay for a chance at good armor

Or make the mask slot a slot nullify so that slot isnt accounted for in total light

12 RepliesThis is meant to be an annual event. It is meant for fun and laughs. If you have these masks year round it diminishes the fun of it coming each year. After its over they should go away until next year. But that's just my opinion.
