Hi Bungie, On Saturday we were doing pretty good on our Trials Passage, when suddenly, I was pulled out of a game. My connection was perfect so don’t know why that happened really. My partners lost the match 5-4… So mercy was used in an inconvenient way. Bad luck right? Well check this out because it gets better. We get to 8-0 on that same card, and when we are inspecting the rival players for the final game, all three of us get a black screen and go back to orbit. So our card got ruined without even fairly losing a match. There has to be a way that these situations don’t count as a loss. I know that rage quits MUST count as defeat, but isn’t there a way to know when getting out of a match is intentional and when it isn’t the players fault? And could it be possible that the rival team on the final match was cheating? Couldn’t even get their names… I’ve been to the Lighthouse “only” 4 times, so it’s a big deal for me when we get as far as 8-0. It’s frustrating when we lose the last match, but even more when we don’t even get to try! Thanks for reading. Now please give us our 8 win card back xD
