Where does Mark of the Pilgrim Guard drop?
It's in the database...

And it qualifies as "all class items."
However, after may class item engrams purchased from rahool, countless hours in the forge and sorting through all the potential vendor packages, it appears that its not in the game? I haven't even seen another player with it.
Is this in the game?
Is it bugged?
Does anyone have it?
Where did you get it?
An answer to any of those questions would be helpful.
