Or.... you know..... give those sweeper bots a new job..... Place like 3 in every social space. 1 will become a "messenger" for Vanguard, 1 for Crucible and 1 for factions. If you like have a package waiting, instead of being forced to go to the tower, now you just talk to the bot in any social space. Also, this could also be used for like brother vance, variks or even the kiosks. That way the sweeper bots have more use then just sweeping the floor thats already clean.

I "liked" this but I doubt is is technically feasible. But it would be great if it were.

I will have too much time on my hands if this were to happen. What would I do? Patrol, crucible, raid, NF, strikes?? It's better to just avoid the confusion and keep it as it is. I don't like to think too much.

2 RepliesYou realize going through the gate would still trigger a loading screen You can't just magically pop into a space without loading all vendors, their inventory, every other guardian, etc. There's going to be a loading screen regardless.

This just can't be done because of the way Destiny engine was made. This game was not ment to be a next gen now current gen until late in development. Now we are just stuck with these excessive loading screens until Destiny 2 where hopefully they make everything more fluid with no loading screens between areas.

The ghost transports us from our ship to the planet, materializes or sparrow from nowhere why not let him teleport us from wherever we are to the social spaces. There wouldn't even need to be vex gates, just hit select, scroll through some options and select the social space to go to. They need something that can do that, and making the ghost capable would allow us to do it from anywhere.

This is actually one of the better ideas I have seen. I wouldnt mind seeing something like this, considering other mmos are capible with a lesser budget. Come on Bungie make your game worthy of being called a great MMO.

Wouldn't hurt anything except the Vex could hi jack it and have a direct evasion to the Tower, Reef, Iron Temple, and potentially lighthouse. Lore wise, we'd have mini invasions to defend, which would be pretty awesome.
