It took my friend 56 loot boxes to get the Witch Mercy skin in Overwatch.
He bought 100 loot boxes to maximize his odds. I bought 16 loot boxes and got it a t five. Witch Mercy is best waifu ;)

My friend leveled up twice and so he had three boxes to open (counting the one free one), he got the reaper skin, anna skin, and mercy skin, mean while i got duplicates of crappy stuff i already had. I have no luck.
