I'm surprised to see so many people I usually agree with, hating on this IB.
This was by far the best IB I've ever had as far as leveling up. I got at least one of every gun besides the pulse and MG. Several loot drops were 7-9 levels above what I had.
I had my highest lvl gear on the whole time in hopes of getting the highest lvl loot. Because of this I equipped a useless sniper most of IB. [b]I'm a casual pvp player, but I had no trouble getting the most kills on my random fireteams, several times, with nothing but my abilities and the new auto rifle. [/b]
I completed the special abilities kill several matches before I could get the weapons kill bounty done. I definitely seemed to die from abilities the most as well. IMO, the new artifacts did more damage than shotguns.
Maybe if fusion rifles had SOME consistency, shotguns wouldn't have been the obvious choice for so many players.
[spoiler]I want to like fusions, but I can shoot someone in the numbers, from 30ft and get a kill, then run across the same person later in the match, shoot them in the same spot, from 10ft away, and barely break their shield. [/spoiler]
I really am surprised so many people didn't like this IB. I played enough to reach rank 5 with 3 characters and never once thought shotguns were out of control.
I had fun with it. Supremacy is a run a gun roller coaster. I can't tell you how many times my team was down by a lot, but grouped together to make a huge comeback.

Nice! It's cool supremacy forces you to be more of a team player. If you come back for the win it's because the team pulled together, not just because 1 guy got 45 kills. I ended up making a YouTube video of me and my brothers + 3 randoms making a comeback. Like everything in Destiny, it's more fun with friends.

Just look at all the whiners about how they deserve rewards than everyone else, at the same time they don't want to play at their level cause its "too hard" they want connection based so they can stomp less able players and demand ALL the rewards! But this mode is particularly bad who-ever at Bungie thought this mode and scoring was a good idea should be tied to a chair and have crests thrown at him for the week!!!!

You've got to be the luckiest guy I've ever heard of. For me this IB became the most terrific PvP experience since Bungie introduced Trials (yup, I missed the rift IB). Unbelievable losing streaks, yolo shotgun warriors, broken spawn mechanics, lag. As for the drop I mostly got shotguns and class armor several light levels lower than I already had. Somehow I managed to make it to the max rank and only then I received decent auto rifle and machine gun (both light level and stat wise). Rngesus at work, lol XD Glad that someone actually had good experience, but for me IB supremacy is the worst gametype.

I will say the first couple days were pretty rough. I was still getting good loot, but lag was everywhere and I played on some of the worst teams ever. Not trying to start a conspiracy, but I swear it got better when I completed the win bounty.
