Should Mathematicians change RNG from random number generator to Really, No Ghost
Ghost is all I need to rank up and BAM guess what the hell I dont get? Bungie says its random and they have no control!!! I Call Bullshit!!! It always seems that they limit what you need and keep giving the same lame shit over and over!

That's what i needed as well. I was 362 with a 355 ghost. Finally got one to drop at 363. Hit rank five and need another one.
