You know who you are - you are "that guy" who keeps picking up all the crests that aren't yours, aren't you.

Please continue. Pick them up. Pick them all up. Help us [b]win[/b] the match.
I'm sorry but "crest stealing" is the dumbest thing I've ever heard; if you aren't picking up your own crests what [i]are[/i] you doing? Respawning most likely.
This mode is about winning, not whining.

If a teamate picks up your crest yiu get two points instead of one. You and him get a point. Thats why the guy is always talking about "GREAT TEAMWORK." so let your teamates take yours, more points

What's getting me is all the players leaving their crests lying around. I'm starting to feel like the Iron Banner custodial service cleaning up all the left behind crests during some matches.

1 ReplyRun solo a lot and if anyone picks up anything I cheer! They need a practice map most kids are really bad in PvP. Don't understand concepts of games I've noticed. I started with Halo 2. Its all about team work even in big team battle. I used to care about k.d in year 1 those days are gone. Most spartans like me wonder how they even play with .25 k.d. all during Destiny pvp. Im gonna be real most kids suck!

Yeah I am the "crest thief" of my friends. Some of them get mad but a lot of times I have ran in picking up enemy crest before the enemies could deny it. I am also not the best at getting kills but I usually get the most crest and denies.

So many people don't understand, it doesn't matter who picks up the crests as long as it's somebody on your team. Pick them all up no matter who did the kill.

You get a kill, run towards the crest, only to have your teammate who didnt even get a shot in run over it right in front of you as you get to it. I wish i could stick my foot out and trip them lol. Though some games i sit back getting kills while ill let my team pick them up. Its just annoying when you are actually trying to get it and someone comes out of no where and cuts you off. You or that person couldve been spending that extra run time helping with other stuff instead of two people running for the same crest.

I think I have a decent strategy figured out....On initial spawn look for the guy who's automatically equipped his shotgun. While he runs to the fight follow closely behind. He'll either kill the guy (so you don't have to), so hopefully you have a decent shot on his killer, or they'll both be killed and you get both crests. All of those benefit you and the team.

Every now and then I'll sit and watch while I'm dead and the rest of my 'team' seems to think those blue ones are poison....smh.

Agreed I was playing with a friend who sniped an enemy from across the map. I was close to the enemy and picked up the tags. So my friend who's on the other side of the map complains about me stealing his crest. Any I try to pick up as many crest possible. It's all about the W.

I felt like getting crests charged your super and so did getting kills so I let teammates pick up my kill crests to help charge their super.

6 RepliesI pick up any I can except if my teammates just killed someone and they can get it then I back off because they will get 2 points compared to my 1. Plus grab any of your fallen teammates so the other team can't score.
