My Super Isn't Charging!
And I know exactly why, because I know how to read the descriptions of artifacts I purchase.

Back in the vanilla days, a friend of mine got me to believe that you increase your light level... By picking up ORBS OF LIGHT! :D Kind of almost makes sense if you think about it.
