SIGNED! I've been saying this forever. The Vex was fun an has been totally disrespected. What was the point of the 1st raid to grind for the stuff when they made it useless shortly after. Eventually they should allow EVERY legendary and exotic to grow into the light. Legendaries should cap at 400 but the exotics 410. It can only do 100% damage or less, so it'll have absolutely no effect on the game but be cool.

Signed, even if it takes a quest to get it back, I'd do it. With bungie thinking about bringing raids back (next big update in spring?), it would be a great time to bring vex and even necro back through a quest
