Unable to pre order DLC
Hello, I want to preorder Rise of iron but I can't seem to do this either via the record book or the xbox store.
When I try to do it via the record book in game it says 'Query Failed' Could not establish connection to the Xbox Games Store.
When I try to do it via the xbox store I meet the same issue I've had with every DLC, only purchasable as part of a bundle.
I don't want to miss out on the preorder bonus so any help would be much appreciated.
My platform is Xbox One and I'm in the UK if that helps.

I'm having a similar issue. If I try to preorder through my "Progress" tab, I get an error. If I try through the Director, error. If through Xbox store, error. I pre-ordered through GameStop and put my "pre order" code in (really just a $30 gift card), but I can't buy the expansion. Really disappointed in how this isn't playing out. I've spent hours trouble-shooting and am feeling like "we're looking into this" is just a cop-out to wait until less people are trying to access the store.

1 ReplyDont bother and save your money as this game is just getting worse with every patch / update. So many bugs still not fixed and now a multitude of new bugs with 2.4 When will ppl learn to just walk away and let this game be forgotten forever as the biggest lie and example of false advertising in history of gaming.

Its a sign... DO NOT preorder this trash. Look how the "update" broke more than fixed. Now imagine how bad game will be when comes out WHILE everything fkd up.

Same thing here. Except I bought the preorder before the update to buy through the game and got it from the Xbox store. Now when I select the rise of iron expansion in game, it gives me the same error after telling me to enter a code or purchase, though I already have it. Is this normal or am I missing out on new drops before release date? Any suggestions would be welcome!
