Solar burn means use guns with the flame symbol
I don't understand why there are so many players in heroic strikes using void and arc guns and not using solar subclasses (this week is solar burn). Are they stupid, or do they just not care? I can't believe people want matchmaking for raids. If they spend 5 minutes in heroic strikes they will see just how stupid people are. These tards can't even match elemental guns and sub classes to the burn modifier. Imagine being in a raid with all of those window lickers! I'd be happy if we could opt out of matchmaking in strikes.
Edit: I forgot to say that I believe some of these players are even too stupid to understand what a burden they are to the rest of the fire team.

5 RepliesThis is why elemental burns should not exist they were a terrible idea year one and not much has changed. If your team is that bad it cannot complete the strike without needing burns I suggest dropping to orbit and queuing again or quit and play my little pony instead, personally I like to use weapons I enjoy using if that goes against the burn so be it Im not sorry for the extra couple minutes it will take to finish.

2 RepliesEh, you never know. I did strikes for a couple hours earlier on my warlock. I used a void heavy for one strike just to get a bounty done, but I switched back to a solar heavy before the strike was even half way over. I also used storm caller only because it's not leveled up like my other two subclasses are. I still managed to get done strikes within 5-15 minutes depending on which strike it was. I do understand your frustration though. It's even worse when your teammates believe they are by themselves and refuse to res you haha.

I spent 15 minutes today having to delete messages out of my message center that I sent to people while playing heroic strikes. The number of people who willfully don't pay attention to the burn, is a bit ridiculous. Like really people? We're not trying to make things harder than they already are.

Saw this today on a 329. He was running Stormcaller... Had on an arc secondary... And a void heavy. I wanted to message him. All I woould have said was "You know we can get the strike done faster, if you equip solar weapons. But then I stopped myself. Didn't wanna start anything.
