Rapid fire glitch...
Has anyone seen videos of people rapid firing their Hawksaws and Sidearms? It's seriously unacceptable and must be stopped immediately. I haven't played Destiny much this week so thankfully I haven't ran into those rascals but I feel sympathy for those who have. The funny thing is that out of all those videos there's always at least one guy that's in all of them, for obvious reasons I won't say his name but you could do some research yourselves and find out who I'm talking about. Anyway Forum Friends if you see them please report them and have a nice day.

Oh boy, here we go. There's the "ninja edit" about the in-game reporting tool. That tool is kinda like decaf coffee... Sure it tastes like the real thing, but if you're looking for actual results, you're going to be severely disappointed.

My queens choice is pretty much op, ill equip it on my warlock . its fires very fast, fast enough to kill a blade dancer, and fast enough to kill a self res upon res.

You have seen sidearms' fire rate, right? The faster you can pull the trigger the faster those guns shoot. They aren't hand cannons and their range is better used only a little farther then shotguns.

Played a team yesterday that could 1 shot body shot me with their 1000 yards. I reported them and saved the video. Cheaters are pathetic honestly.

2 RepliesYup, I've seen a few people do it on 360 with the Hawksaw. Sidearms though? They just fire really, really fast. With a wonky connection this would look like some weird auto firing glitch.

5 Repliesi heard of this, theres a video out and theres a good explanation one of the few which is agreeable, it's not a glitch!! Please quit on saying it is!!!! let me break it down for you so callled omg hes a cheater types. its trying to keep up with both party(s) if one's connection delays to another party(s) It's been reported on the forums multiple times, I think bungie should already be aware of this. It has nothing to do with your performance but your connection to the servers. I think the term is called network spikes, and you can see the network spike per minute as the Object seems to be in place or moving with a delay. This is due to how the engine in the game/ council works, if it still stutters it's your PC/council, online gaming performance, if it doesn't it's the connection to the server causing the idea of the hawksaw to have a rapid fire due to the fact its a high rate of fire weapon and a crappy connection vs a solid one. It is a good idea to report shuttering to destiny i hope in the future we can choose the connection to quick match or a longer search for better or similar connection towards your ping this would solve a lot of frustration in the community! the second theory is the rapid fire modded controller, bungie cannot patch this , i don't have a modded remote so i cannot say that this works on destiny, i do however have a elite remote which i can mod the triggers to kind of make a difference in pvp/E i did manage to make my sidearm shoot 2 bullets at the blink of an eye and any high fire weapon to shoot faster then you normally pull the trigger, but not like the glitch your talking about on this thread thats way to fast. 3rd theroy theres a soda ontop of you xbox !

The rapid fire shit is a complete pain but my favourite (vision hazy red from blood pressure, veins standing out like pencils rolled across a table top) rant, has to go to the magic health bar. You've all seen it. That Hunter you shoot repeatedly until he has the magical 1/4 bar of health that has more life pool the the original Valus T'arc. Ahh, good times. Admit it, you'd be let down if that Hunter didn't tea bag you after stabbing you to death once you had exhausted your ammo supply on his melon and meleed him twice to the face. After Iron Banner today, I felt like I needed a big water glass full of scotch and a cigar to go with the ice pack for my anus. Well done Bungie. Some say the planet is perilously over populated. Might I suggest children's books and conception products as your next venture.

2 RepliesI'll let u guys in on a secret. My Suros-PDX 45 (or in other words better hawksaw) mod is called "Full Auto". Crazy right? It allows me to hold down the trigger n as soon as my last bullet in the pulse is fired it fires another 3! How crazy!
