I've seen that in other one player games- a one player per screen campaign mode, with a multi player-split screen pvp mode. THAT would be sweet! And how about bots? Little stupid automatic guardians that run around?

You will not receive weapons drops at the end of a match. I honestly don't see the point to this crap. Bungie please. That's great. Private matches. At this point I have a $400 brick sitting on my entertainment center as I keep getting a TAPIR message after trying to import my character. I only upgraded to prepare for ROI. You have my money I have a brick. Ohh and no info from your wonderful tec support.

Can private matches be set up for matchmaking to meet people? *I know it sounds odd...but I'm wondering if private matches can be set up to fill emtpy slots via matchmaking? 2. Assuming the answer is yes, will the host have the ability to kick and ban players whom, for whatever reason, are not welcome back? 3. Will there be private matches for competitive matches like iron banner and trials? (I assume this answer is no) 4. Assuming there will be no private matches for IB/Trials: can we expect better enforcement to come? -I would very much like to see Bungie revoking game licensure for repeat offenders. I mean finally....there could be a consequence for not playing fairly. Say upon the 3rd offense, the game license is revoked. Those characters on that gamertag/Id are gone forever. If they wanted to continue to play destiny, they would have to purchase another license/copy and associate with a new gamertags/ID.
