I'm not quite sure. But if you want to find out if there's gravity, just throw something out there.

"There! Right there!" Ten points in excitement cutting off mortar. "Just have to angle a bit..."

*Mortar stays silent*

Edited by HurtChain76477: 8/4/2016 9:34:47 PMTen initiates the warp. The ship leaps foreword. The stars appear to slip into infinity around it. A blinding blue light fills the cabin as a sea of blue plasma erupts out of infinity below the ship. "They folded an entire star system out of the universe. The star acts as a gate in and out." Ten says. You can barely see through the blinding blue light of the star, but certain angular shapes are definitely visable dotted around the star. "You were supposed to be escorted here." Anim says. The sky is completely devoid of stars. Very strange for space. "Identify yourself, unauthorized craft." A voice says over the comms. "And thank you for patching me through directly to your computers." Ten responds. "I now know where to land. And how to cloak our ship." "Uhh... Can we get backup? Anything?" The voice says. "How did you lock us out of our own system?"

*Mortar chuckles a little* Strange voice. I would like you to meet probably the best exo suits you'll ever go up against. And an Ex God. Damn, this is just your unlucky day, isn't it? *Mortar taps the screens a little on his PST* Once I get onto the ship I'll have the ability to go back with my PST. Hate to say it strange voice, but you're screwed.

Ten clicks off the comms. The ship lurches towards the star and begins a plummet towards the ocean of blue plasma. At first the ship looks like it can't handle it, but then the light dims and the shaking stops. Below the ship is some kind of platform or station hovering over the star. Countless other ones are visible as far as the eye can see dotting the star. Many of them have spires protruding into the surface of the star, and splitting the plasma away from it, creating a kind of dip in the actual star. "Plasma is magnetized. They're just pushing it away to stabilize the stations. They need these stations to monitor all traffic in and out of their little pocket universe." Ten says in awe. Ten brings the shuttle down onto a platform. Shield projectors give it a small atmosphere around it, and protect it from the star. Massive arcs of plasma are visible jumping out of the sea below them, and curving into space for what looks like forever.

Damn, this is impressive. *Mortar looks around, occasionally noticing something he hasn't quite seen before* You never get to see this stuff travelling by portal
-
The shuttle lands on the station and its doors open. "An atmosphere projector." Ten says in excitement. "We can actually breath here. Ten and mortar step out onto the platform. The atmosphere dims the light enough to be able to see. Countless other stations dot the star as far as the eye can see. "I didn't know people could build this close to stars." Ten says. The platform looks to be made of metal. Most of the surface has minimal structures, but an elevator shaft is visible protruding from the centre of the station. "I think we should head down." Ten says. Ten walks across the landing pad towards the elevator. He is constantly spinning around taking in the surrounding area.

Hate to see what happens to this place when the star blows up and becomes a black hole. *Mortar shrugs the thought to the side and follows Ten, listening in*
-
"This is the first station to detect us. I managed to cut off the feed before they alerted the entire system." Ten says waiting for the elevator. "I control this station now, so watch out if the people who were working here try to fight back." The elevator opens its doors to reveal a spacious circular chamber within. "Let see what we can find." Ten says as the doors close as the elevator begins its descent. The elevator has windows on its floor and walls, making the station below visible. "Look at that." Ten says with his face pressed up against the glass floor. The plasma of the star is swirling around a drop. Eruptions of plasma along the edges are being absorbed by the shields on the station. The actual end of the elevator is going to be at the same altitude as the surface of the star.
-
*Mortar takes notice of this and scribbles something in a small notebook* Let's see... All this raw power...
-
The elevator finally comes to a halt in the lower station. Ten raises a hardlight shield in front of the door. Plasma fire dissipates into the shield matrix, followed by a return fire from ten. "Let's see... Main computer array should be this way." Ten days sprinting off. "If I can get a direct link, then I can get a view of the entire system them have here."
