No exotics from 3 of coins in lvl 42 poe
Ran lvl 42 the past 2 days every1 in fire team dumped 3 of coins and not 1 person got anything from it on all 3 characters per person. Is this broken now as well because every other week when we ran all 3 characters at least 2 exotics dropped from 3oC.

Most tend to get a coin->exotic in 7-10 "boss kills"... but sometimes go 20+ without. (ignoring the whole Omnigul / Flayers thing). So 3-7 full CoE runs (3x bosses per run) usually cuts it for *most* people. If regular PoE then I guess... 2-4 full runs? (I forget how many rounds are in reg PoE).
