Is it normal to receive salt mail for using Universal remote
So… yeah, this happened today while playing rumble with a friend. How many of you have received something similar to this?
Edit: So the guy that sent this was equipped with TLW and longbow, he could have easily countered it. I lol at some these comments, some of you take this game [i]"very seriously"[/i] 😂😂

I use it depending on the map and even when I do good I get no msgs. I fail at crucible often and never take it seriously... maybe that's why.

1 ReplyI use UR three different times in the crucible. 1. When I can't get any special ammo. There's just some times where my timing sucks on ammo pickup. I'll get killed either right as it spawns or seconds before and by the time I get back, it's 1:35 again. So in those instances, I just say -blam!- it and pull out the UR. 2. I just want to "Rick James" someone/aka derp around. For anyone who ever saw the Chappelle Show, there was a bit about Rick James. So every time I get a kill with that, "Gotcha Bitch!" "UNITY!" Then usually I get gunned down and have to yell, "CHARLIE MURPHY!!!" 3. Laggers. For some unkown reason it works well against those lagswitching/redbarring dingalings who could afford a 500 dollar console and a 60 dollar game, but not a decent internet connection.

Only time I hate UR is when the guy is red bar and he's glitching across the screen then it makes it impossible to counter. Although I do consider it a very "op" gun as people would say lmao especially since most people just get angry instead of calming down and using a gun to counter it.

Well it is a remote, you find remotes on couches, couches are natural habitat for gamers. Gamers eat salty snacks like chips. Therefore because chips are salty and are found on couches with remotes. Whenever you use the uni you get salt messages

Why is everyone complaining about the universal remote all of the sudden? It's a good gun and everything but its not salt-worthy lol I think invective is better. People are bitching about getting killed by a shotgun at close range when sniper rifles can kill u in two shots at any range lmao come on... Things that counter shotguns :tlw, high rof autos, grenades, other shotguns, snapshot sniper, fusion rifle times right, ect.. Things that counter snipers: snipers.

1 ReplyUnfortunately, we were getting destroyed by UR last night in rift - Bannerfall. The teammates started teabagging all the UR players. Both teams must have had at least 20+ teabags between everyone. My teammate started to shoot me for not teabagging, so I teabagged him when he died.

I played an elimination once where a guy was spamming invective. I decided to put mine on and killed him each round till victory. Literally message after message of F you, this and that.. I reported each message and never responded. This was about two weeks ago Yesterday I got the message from Xbox thanking me and telling me they took action on a player I reported. I wish I still had his messages so I could send a LOL.

2 RepliesI remember when the Universal Remote was used by literally no one because the community agreed it was lacklustre. Now some asshole starts pretending like it's good all of sudden and BOOM! New meta! Like seriously, it hasn't been buffed; It's been affected by every single shotgun nerf; it was meh to begin with... so why is it suddenly the go-to gun? Is it just because everything else got nerfed, or are people just [i]that[/i] incapable of thinking for themselves?

I guarantee that most messages like this are from kids playing or immature adults. Usually when I get sent messages like that, my kd is higher than the person sending me the message. So I just say, "Come back when your kd is better then mine." I have yet to get and responses back from people whenever I do this. Although the mature thing to do would probably be to just ignore it or say thanks.
