End of Destiny Lore for Legacy console's
Since the recent patch update that came to all console's,it is not the only update for new generation console's,but it is the last for Legacy console's,well I guess the Lore for Legacy console's is gone...Bungie is gonna force me to buy a ps4!

Well you could still use something like the Ishtar collective to view the cards and discuss them here. I'm also sure there's a youtuber out there that will play through the story that you could watch.

If you arrived in Destiny at Y1, you would have spent somewhere around $90-$150 on this game. Y2? $60. The PS4 has been out for...4 years? About that much. Now let's do math. If you traveled back in time, you'd see the PS4 at $540. Now, it's $300. $240 less. That's $10 a day now, + $30 for RoI. If you were in Y1, you spent near half the money necessary for a PS4. I understand if you don't have the means for purchasing a PS4, but understand this. [u][b]The PS3 has been out for 10 years. Destiny has a 10-Year plan. They've spent 2 on the PS3.[/b][/u] Did you really think they would keep Destiny on last gen? How many games are still coming out for the PS1? Zero. PS2? Zero. PS3? Few. PS4? Pretty much everything that isn't an Xbox or PC exclusive.

I'm waiting a few months, see what No Man's Sky and Battlefield 1 are like and then getting me a PS4.5/Neo! May rejoin Destiny at some point - but I'm not getting a PS4 just because Bungie decided not to complete Destiny 1 on PS3. My point has always been why did Bungie release Destiny at all on the PS3? My copy was actually bundled with my PS3 , which I only got for the Blu ray player and to try a few games - not knowing anything about online games, DLCs etc. Obviously I was annoyed when 18 months later they announce the ROI is for current gen only.

1 ReplyForce you to upgrade? Not only was 'current-gen' out [i]before[/i] Destiny, but 'last-gen' is TEN years old!!! Destiny is a 'ten year' game, did you really think Destiny was going to be on PS3/360 for it's entire life span? How many games are being made for the PS1? (it's 20yrs old) I know not everyone's got money to burn (i know i don't) but you've had plenty of time (two years) to save for the upgrade. I'm glad Bungie is finally leaving the [i]boat anchors[/i] behind. This game needs more power & memory than what 'last-gen' can offer. Although it would have of been better for the [i]legacy[/i] community if they had waited until the sequel to cut them off, but by doing it this way, it cuts the work load in half and gives them more 'assets' to utilize for Destiny 2 (+dlc). IT SUCKS, but that's progress.
