The Strongest Sword in Destiny Y2
As it states above, which sword in Destiny which is wieldable by our guardians is the strongest. That being said, take into account: lore, stats, and perks. If there is anything else that should be considered, comment for me to add it.

1 ReplyFun fact too all of you saying raze lighter. I have all three swords and I've done and seen tests. Dark drinker does more damage than raze lighter bit raze does more DPs. You can use up all of raze lifters ammo with special ability in about 17 seconds. It takes dark drinker about 24 seconds. Makes sense I guess.

Either Light-Eater or Willbreaker. In my experience, Light-Eater is the strongest. That AoE Slam is massive, and it makes a cool sound when you get killed by it.

11 RepliesLore wise Dreadfanglike very jagged (and thus extremely ancient) and it's Taken so it's probably one of the more powerful Hive blades in existence. Otoh, the exotic swords are made from the remains of Oryx's sword (which was probably THE most powerful blade) and then infused with the power of the player Guardian, who seems to be the strongest Guardian ever. Gameplay-Wise, same answer, any of the exotic swords. Afaik they have identical stats and their special attacks are each best suited for particular situations. As a matter of personal preference I rank them as: Raze Lighter -> Bolt Caster -> Dark Drinker

The only way to properly talk about the power of these swords is in terms of lore, as it should be very obvious that Crucible does not accurately showcase each weapon's true power for balancing and practicality purposes. To the point though, it seems to be, at the moment, an extremely close match between the Dreadfang and the Exotic Swords we have crafted (Byf does an excellent lore video on these swords and their power, which should prove to be very informative on the matter). However, we cannot say with any certainty whatsoever with regards to the most powerful sword in the Destiny universe, as I think it is very likely we will forge or wield a sword of far greater power than all of the aforsaid in a future expansion.
