Order Fulfillment Status is "Unfulfilled

Ordered the Tricorn Pin on July 8th, got a Confrimation Email and and email with A 7/7 Emblem, but no shipping confirmation email. After almost a week, and the order still says "Unfulfilled" under fulfillment status. Sent multiple emails to bungie store with no reply. Will I still get my Tricorn?

  • Have you gotten your stuff yet? I ordered a shirt from them which said 2-3 weeks, its been 4 so far. I checked the shipping time and it said 3-6 weeks. I hate how it takes so much time just for 1 simple item.

  • In 2011, I bought the Burn Bright Burn Blue shirt. It took over a month to ship. I thought Bungie would have improved their service by now, but I was wrong.

  • Yeah I had this mess last year with the Nepal shirt, Bungie's customer service in the store is as shitty as it is in the rest of the company, this is why i keep warning people to not buy from their store.

    • I'm in the same boat. I ordered some shirts the same day you placed your order. I sent an email through the customer help link on the store page and haven't heard anything either. I could understand it if my items were on back order or if I lived in Timbuktu, but they weren't and I don't...I live about 50 miles from their studio.

      i ordered the MoT shirt on saturday. it said 3-7 days to ship. i was supposed to get the email code for the emblem within 24 hours. its been 5 days now. ive emailed the store 3 days in a row now about it, and no reply.

    • I'm sure you will. The forums have nothing to do with the store though. They are their own entity and their contact form and email are the only way to get hold of them and they are completely inundated with orders and stuff right now and have been really slow getting back to folks.
