I won't be completing my MoT this year
After looking at what I needed to do to complete the crucible quest line culminating in "The Mountain Top" I was like ........... Meh, can't be bothered

I have spent all morning doing it. I am almost there aside from the elimination rounds, which bungie need to turn on lol. Its a pain in the backside because its long, but it isn't difficult really, just dedicate an afternoon (get your mrs out of ear shit so she cant hear u scream the word c*nt over & over lol) and just do it.

At least the PvP part you can do solo and it is a lot quicker than it used to be since they nerfed the quest. I can't see me soloing Oryx challenge mode :/

50 fragments is WAY worse, have 1 left, it's a stolen rune one and can't get the right bosses to spawn, I have done way to many to have not gotten the correct pair of bosses

I'm horrendous at crucible but I managed to complete it yesterday. Honestly it's not as hard as it seems

If you got to pick which type to play, maybe. I'm not playing rift/salvage/rumble unless it's the daily for the reward.

I just did the vast majority of it. It wasn't terribly difficult, just more of an annoyance as you need to play multiples of each game mode and get kills with certain weapon types. Ignore kd and go for [b][i]your [/i][/b]objective, and it'll be over in no time...

You completed last year's, why can't you this year? Because of crucibles requirements? At the mountains top was easier then completing a 100 wins in crucibles. Well, either way, the quest line isn't hard, but does take time if you casually complete it. Crucibles isn't that bad. But, complete the daily bounties in crucibles and you can easily complete it in a few weeks if very casual at crucibles.

I loved it. I done it on all three characters. And the Hot Head launcher is brilliant with Taikonaught helm :)

I got it done on ps4 but I've got the mountaintop, oryx hard cm and half the fragments to collect on xb1. Not sure I can motivate myself to get it all done a 2nd time.

My K/D still bad at 0.7. But Bungie matchmaking is very good. I still find many fun games out of some frustrations matches. Trials is the worse game. Totally not fun..just snipers fest quiet. Mayhem is my favorite..!! (Even it is not in the main quest) Now I would like to finish the Mountain Top Quest on all my characters..lol This quest introduce me to all (almost all) PvP play list. And I like them except trials. (Elimination was not available when trials is on) They need to remove sniper in 3v3. Or make trials 6v6 or rumble. Or remove the revive waiting time and add the reviving distance that will make sniping less useful. Now I like many PvP play list and will play many of them in the future. I found that if we play during normal time. We will find many fun games. Just don't play during odd time. You will face the PvP monger that will make you as a toy. Playing the weekly and daily playlist.
