Waiting for party stabilization - Error Code Vulture

It's now over 11 hours since i first experienced the "Waiting for party stabilization" problem when trying to get to any destination. The system seems to wait several minutes and then go to the "You have lost connection ... Error Code Vulture" message. I have now re-booted my XBox One several times and my router but I'm still unable to get anywhere. Just once I got to actually start moving somehere for a few seconds but the screen then went blank and I was told that I was being removed from my fireteam. Can I get some help on this so that I can actually just play the game?

  • I've no idea what's changed, but I was able to get back in and play (tower & patrol) for over an hour. Beetle error cropped up a couple of times but no vulture and no waiting for party stabilization. With a bit of luck, whatever was causing this is over.

A couple things you could try: -Hard restart your xbox by holding the 'X' symbol on the console for 5-7 seconds, until it turns off. Then turn it back on. -Clearing your cache: Power down your console, then unplug the power cable from the back of the Xbox One. Wait for two minutes, then plug the power cable back into the back of the Xbox One, and monitor the power brick, waiting for it to cycle from a white light to an orange light, and then turn the power on. This will perform a cold restart of the system. -Disconnect your modem/router from the internet source and unplug your xbox from the power and Ethernet cable (if it's plugged in). Wait a few moments and plug in your modem/router to the power and internet source. Once your modem/router has reconnected and operational, replug your xbox power and Ethernet cord (if applicable) into your console. -If all else fails, try contacting Microsoft Help desk for more options/corrections. I can't speak for Bungie, but they/a mentor/a higher power may possibly help you. I'm just sending this as an alternative until then. I am sorry your connection is doing this to you. I feel your pain, trust me. Let me know if any of these don't work, or do! Any feedback will help other players with similar issues/problems. Edit: You could try contacting your internet provider and see if there is an issue with your connection (i.e. ports being closed, limited network in the area, etc.)

I had xbox live gold active and the vulture error code is to do with if you don't have xbox live gold. I gave up and went to bed. In the morning I try to log back on but got the error again and it still has the error now 5:01pm UK time. What do I do??? Bungie fix this

Exact same problem for me. Been going on since the daily reset. I too have rebooted Xbox One several times as well as the router. EDIT: and before anyone asks, I can confirm my xbox live gold subscription is current, I've tried wired connection between router and console, and my router has UPnP enabled.
