The amount of stupidity that has risen from this shooting...
First you got Trump on Twitter saying: Thank you for telling me I was right
Then you got his supports like: Yeah, trumps ban on Muslims immigrant is totally going to stop terrorism in America. Whoo Trump! Let's make memes and defend the don from anyone who criticizes him. "Islam is a religion of peace" we must purge the cancer that is Islam
Then you got liberals like: Oh you know what we need to do? We need to ban guns.
Then you got conservatives and religious zealots like: haha men reap what they sow amiright?
Then you got SJW's like: Oh stop being a bigot. You're all bigots.
Then you got me: Regular American man. Sad about this whole thing. Disgusted by both Isis and my own countrymen, that people could have so much hate for gays, Muslims, Americans, and middle eastern people. I wonder what these people would do if they met a regular gay or Muslim in real life. Y'know, they might just be normal people. Oh I can't believe it either. Media and politician and people on the Internet would have you think these people are this that and the other. I know a Muslim. Nice guy. Others would think otherwise because "Islam is not a religion of peace" or "all Muslims are terrorists". They'll ride on the trail of misinformation or ignorance, but dare tell them they're not right, and that some of them are normal, people, they'll go bonkers.
Honestly, I really just can't understand how stupid and hateful people can be to each other.

And while not all Muslims or Islamic people are bad, ignoring the fact that in the last 6 months, we've had at least 2 major incidents (Cologne and now this) where people are trying to turn a blind eye to the fact that the perpetrators were traced back to Muslim teachings and habits is just as idiotic as how easily the US hands out weapons licenses. [/i] In both hands we have two issues that people are using to rally people behind to further their own gain while seemingly doing -blam!--all to actually solve. That's the half real issue in and of itself.

I consider myself a Christian and I am incredibly sad about the whole situation. I hate that people died. Gay or not, those were human beings who lost their lives due to someone else's warped interpretation of the will of a "merciful and compassionate" God. I am sad that instead of uniting against the hate that brought this tragedy about, our political leadership and those who would wish to occupy that leadership, would rather bicker over what to call it. I am sad that many of my brothers and sisters have forgotten that Christ commanded us to love one another and not judge people for whatever shortcoming, perceived or otherwise.

Its also normal for them to praise & teach men that r@ping woman is completely normal. Its so normal for them to condone the killing of those that don't follow the religion. Just because you know one Muslim in the U.S. (which btw we have an excellent screening process) doesn't mean Islam isn't hateful or a problem. Look at the UK & ask them how they feel about Muslim refugees as their crime & r@pe rate skyrockets. Its easy to say they're not a problem when you live in a country that isn't being affected.

However, looking at the information on this guy, there is no way he should have been able to purchase a gun. 2 trips to Saudi Arabia unaccounted for On the terrorist watch list Been investigated 2 times for terrorism related events Father is outspoken supporter of Taliban and ran for president of Afghanistan According to former classmates cheered during 9/11 broadcast Cousin blew himself up for another terrorist group Ex-wife described him as unstable. Not pushing for a lot of gun control here, all I'm saying is common sense needs to factor in. Someone on the terror watch list shouldn't be allowed to buy a gun. Period. But when you add all these up, no way in hell should he have been allowed to buy a gun.

The thing is, the government wasn't doing jack shit to stop it. The dude claimed to support ISIS, was put on the watch list, and bought two guns after being put on it. Yet, not a single red flag was raised? I don't know if there terror attacks are actually from successful terrorists or dumbass G-men but regardless, something has to change.

[/url] It's pretty much at this point that if there is a tragedy that happens that involves Muslims, the media is extremely quick to blame ISIS because it generates revenue at the expense of Muslim safety in America. Basically, the mainstream media is intentionally generating Islamophobia. It's kind of like the whole stabbing spree that happened in UC Merced last year, where the student who went on the stabbing spree claimed allegiance to ISIS before starting his stabbing spree. It was later found out that the student was jaded because he got kicked out of the study group (though, it didn't stop conservatives in this area, and on the internet from being complete tools and jerkwads about the whole situation).

This whole thing has been blown out of proportion. Yeah, a lot of people died, and yeah it makes me sad and angry too, but seriously, people need to stop immediately jumping to conclusions and making dumbasses out of themselves. This is a sad event, a tragedy, but that's not what it's going to be remembered as. No, instead, present and future politicians/leaders are going to use what happened as a ploy of propaganda. -blam!-ing disgusting if you ask me.

All that we see here is an asshole who thought he could judge people's attractions. If anything, this brings awareness to how homophobic people need to suck it up and realize gay people can be whatever they want.

In trumps case: combating Islamic extremism and gaining republican votes In Hilary's case: trying to kiss LGBT and SJW ass I find it pathetic and classless on both side. It is a tragedy that any American lives were lost no matter who they were, and we should leave it at that in order to respect those who died and their families. We shouldn't begin the discussion of the fallout of this until a few days to a week afterwards in order to honor those who died.
