Best Primary Crucible Weapon?
Please enter what your favorite type of crucible weapon is so that I can finally see what I should use and maybe what you should use. Sorry about weird weapon classes- Revolver/Assault Rifle/Machine gun, I don't know what the hell I was thinking. I have yet another question/survey, about your favorite secondary crucible weapon at- [url]https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/205800253[/url]. I am a vet since year 1, and I am simply trying to find my prime class for each scenario. I appreciate it if you share your thoughts with me to help me and others to find THEIR prime class.

1 ReplyI say it all depends on you as a player really, I have had lots of different primary weapons I like to use from all four types of primary weapons. So with me, it just depends on what perks and stats are on whichever primary I happen to be using at the time. Examples of weapons I like: Eyasluna, hand cannon. Great gun especially if you can roll one with a good range boosting perk Pdx 45, pulse rifle. Got one with full auto, perfect balance, and rifled barrel. Darn good gun! Dis 43, scout rifle. Only one in my current collection that can achieve max stability. Triple tap is a nice bonus perk for this gun too Zarinaea, auto rifle. Have one with persistence, braced frame, and army of one. It's a darn great auto to use. Might be a tad too slow in crucible, but I do have an arminius with a similar perk roll that I will have to test out. In the end, it's all really based on whatever you feel like using at the time.

There's no one answer to that. It depends on individual skills, playstyle (most notably what range you engage at), Guardian subclass, other items in your loadout, Crucible map, recent nerfs and buffs, and probably some other things I didn't think of. I've had amazing results with different guns under different conditions. Including: > Last Word (with my inviz-using Hunter) > Colovance (in extra-large maps) > Invective* (ambushing snipers in CD's) > SUROS Regime (got me my only 1+ k/d... and with a warschlock!) > Lydmilla-D (supplementing my hunter's shotgun, until PR's were nerfed) *No, not a primary, but with its regenerating ammo it can serve as one.

2 RepliesHardlight DESTROYS, I was using it in trials and I literally kept every kill from my team mates, it has just enough impact to keep Midas from out gunning you by making their screen rumble, no damage fall off with piercing rounds makes it easier to get double kills and the bullets can ricochet to get enemies behind walls. It's a beast and highly under rated

8 RepliesPulse rifles are king right now, the Hawksaw and PDX 45 rule the crucible but they have the Doctrine of Passing, the Hawkmoon, Eyasluna, Lord High Fixer and the Mida biting at their heels.

It's changed for me in the last 3 months. First pulse then ar but recently it's been scout with the best success. I've been able to adapt my play style to best fit a scout rifle. I wasn't content finishing a match with a slightly better then 1 kd. So far I've had some of the best games with a scout.
