1 ReplyOnly boss that felt challenging and unique was nameless King When you first fight him and think you've won Only for the real shit storm to hit Rest of the bosses felt meh Dragon slayer armor was annoying
-
2 RepliesI feel like all in all, many of the bosses were kind of lackluster. And the game needed a few more in my opinion. But personally, I absolutely loved SoC, Champion Gundyur, and Dancer of the Boreal Valley.
-
How is the nameless king below the soul of cinder? Did nobody have trouble with the 2 stages of the fight? The king is incredibly aggressive and fast, and his dragon is just annoying.
-
1 ReplySouls of cinder was only good if you played ds1
-
If switch 1 & 2, but good list!
-
28 RepliesI heard DS3 was hard, but I thought that meant the boss fights. This is ridiculous though, I am dying EVERYWHERE. It's so -blam!-ing frustrating when you clear out a ton of bad guys, only to accidentally roll into an axe and have to start from scratch again. I can't stay alive long enough to collect 20,000 souls for the tower key. Do you have to tip toe through the whole game?
-
1 ReplyAm I the only one who really enjoyed Curse Rotted Great Tree?
-
1 ReplyEdited by JTAssassins: 5/30/2016 3:07:43 AMSomeone should make a list of every single boss in the souls borne series
-
Ancient Wyvern had probably the most cinematic feel of all the bosses.
-
Oceiros and nameless king are the two bosses that rekt me consistently.
-
2 RepliesYhorm and Aldrich should be higher.
-
I enjoyed yhorm
-
1 ReplyI love how people are still thinking it's easiest to hardest, for some reason.
-
2 RepliesEdited by Weeaboo Of War: 5/29/2016 11:47:45 PMHahahahahaha. 19-Deacons. You know why. 18-Wolnir Just stay under his arms, and you'll be good for the fight. If you have trouble, preferably go for his right, as that's the arm that he sweeps the area with and uses the sword with. 17-Greatwood Once again, another boss that has weak points that also stagger him majorly. Yeah... 16-Ancient Wyvern Run up, and then...boom. 15-Yhorm I hate doing this to him, but Yhorm is plain easy if you decide to use Stormruler. But he can still 2 shot you, so watch it. 14-Vordt Learn how to roll. That is all. 13-Iudex Gundyr Low health pool, and easy to dodge attacks. But can put up a fight. 12-Aldrich Once again, good boss, but easy if you simplify it. Stay behind him, and shank his tail, or whatever the hell it is. 11-Dragonslayer Armour Fun boss, but weaker than most. This is arguable, along will Al up there. 10-Crystal Sage Debatable, since I've both ran through this guy and got rekt later. Either go for the decoys, or just try to murder him. 9-Old Demon King I used to hate this guy. Then I learned you can get Tsorig, and the Black Knight Sword right by. Stay to his right, and jump back if he's using an AoE attack. 8-Soul of Cinder You can summon Londor Shade if your on Yuria's quest, and even then, he's easier than most. Dodge and roll. 7-Oceiros Annoying, and kinda broken. FromSoft needs to take a look at him. 6-Abyss Watchers Can be extremely offensive, but you can parry them. Or you can roll around, and even stun him... 5-Champ Gundyr Summon Sword Master, and KEEP HIM ALIVE. Then, just poke away at Gundy. But watch for the charging attack, slams, and such. 4-Lothric/Lorian The magic and Lorian's teleports can get annoying at first, but you can learn them quickly. 3-Dancer The reason that she's not in the top 2 is that you can literally have Sword Master kill her. If your not going to, then good luck. She has some fast attacks, but run some practice runs, and get used to her. Weak to bleed damage, too. 2-Pontiff 3 damn summons. Plus, you can parry him and treat him like our Number 1 boss and circle him, then hit. And of course, Lightning MkDickface Not one, but TWO bosses. Along with being durable as a hard crap, Nameless can dish out tons of damage, and stun lock your ungrateful ass back to Irithyll Dungeon.

7 RepliesI feel Nameless should be first and I rekt abyss watchers first try no help
-
I think yhorm should be higher. He's got a cool backstory/buildup and
ties into siegward's questline
, even if storm ruler turns it into a gimmick boss
-
2 RepliesAny list that doesn't have Deacons as easiest is false
-
8 RepliesAny ranking that doesn't have nameless king as the hardest is false
-
3 RepliesYhorm is way better than wyvern I have no idea how you could possibly believe otherwise.
-
1 ReplyEhh... everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses regarding certain bosses. 1 boss can be super hard to one person, extremly easy to another. Not a bad listing by any means, just heavily opinionated.
-
Edited by Popes Long Arm: 5/29/2016 8:10:41 PMAncient Wyvern and Yhorm were harder than deacons. Yhorm could still kill you if you didn't know how to dodge, and the serpent dudes you had to fight during the Wyvern did pretty significant damage. Also, Namelss King was way harder than Soul of Cinder. Edit: Wait, were you ranking by difficulty or quality?
-
Soul of Cinder #1 and not Nameless King? 😟
-
Champ Gundy and SoS are wrong.
If this list is to be taken as fact. Also found Curse Rotted easier than where you have it.

And you spelled my name wrong, pleb.
Edited by GrinderOfGrunts: 5/29/2016 4:30:46 AMNvM realized its worst to best.

Good job. I agree with all except Aldritch (sp.) He was more challenging than Vordt or the intro boss. Arrows, fire, magic Aoe... Thanks for putting this together. Gave me pause for thought.
-
Aldrich should be higher
