Weapon Stats Spreadsheet with Times-to-Kill
Thought y'all might like to take a look at this. Made it to help with deciphering which guns you'd like to use or try to acquire. It has values for all the current Year 2 weapons, as well as Exotics, and some other information you may find useful.
Edit: For those of you still finding this, Inventory numbers are in for Rocket Launchers.

Thanks for the post,some numbers surprised me. But I think how a weapon handles and feels is another aspect of how good a weapon is,kinda hard to get any numbers for that.
