To those who wear the Taken gear without the full set...
...stop. I don't care what shader you put on, you look terrible and it's embarrassing.
Edit: Didn't expect this to blow up.
Just to add to the butt hurt I'm going to say that if you bought silver to buy the Sterling bullshit you are pathetic. Save your hard earned cash for Doom or Dark Souls or if you're on PlayStation Uncharted or No Man's Sky. Don't waste your money on this trash, reskinned gear that can be earned in game for free. Christ.

The taken hood looks great on my hunter with chatterwhite. Idc what you say. I would never wear the full set though. When I see full taken I compare it to those full spandex biking outfits. Like ew please put something else on, too much balls.

I'll happily wear my full set. Some pieces were bought and some weren't. I get up everyday and go to work to have money to do what I want. Thanks for your concern but you should be more worried about your life as opposed to the lives of those on a forum. Just a thought.

If you do it right, it can look awesome, but you always need the legs, as taken are black with a glowing white bottom. Here is a few ideas to help with customising taken gear- the sky burners annex, thats a taken helm. also black helms with white chroma can almost look taken. the hood of malok comes from a taken enemy. the old guard can make your chest look almost taken. Im going to rock the cloak of the hidden, desolate cover, takonome ranger, desolate legs and the old guard (hopefully) when i open my soon to be 29 sterling boxes. you just need to think and be original.

What if...I wear only the gauntlets cloak and sword only? That way it looks like the Taken sword is spreading the blight on my guardian.
