Bought Destiny for PS4 earlier this week for my son's 10th birthday. Works fine on my (Master) account, not so much on his sub account. He has no restrictions except for buying stuff, GTA/Killzone/Battlefield all works fine using these settings. Destiny, not so much. He gets the message "this account has been restricted from online play via parental controls", how do I fix this?
For the moment he is using my account, but I would like to play as well...

2 RepliesHey. So I did some digging and found this article. The fourth post down by jonesey88 is the relevant post. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/88167045/0/0 So apparently destiny does not go off of the console parental restrictions and has implemented their own restrictions based off of DOB. basically not allowing anyone under the age of 16 to gain access. I hope this helps in understanding what is actually going on. Looks like the only work around is either changing the DOB, which doesn't sound possible or creating a new sub account.

5 RepliesYou may wish to take a look at Sony's help page for the parental control settings. http://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps4/basic/kids.html http://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps4/settings/restrict.html
