Only if she likes a lot of anal. Otherwise, I'd say she has changed her diet. Also, I've been married for 13 years and honestly can't remember my wife farting once in that entire time. If your girlfriend has farted in front of you often enough that you can tell a difference in the way they smell, I'd get a new girlfriend.
