One could argue that on average females operate more emotionally while males are more logical and fact based, obviously this isn't true in every case but rather the majority. Emotions are more unpredictable than logic, so therefore emotions are more complex. End result, on average females are more complex than males but this is not the case in every instance. My answer would be female.

Genetically speaking, due to the larger size of the x chromosome, females are more complicated since they have more genetic material
