Are you using an internal, official Microsoft hard drive, or are you using a USB attached hard drive? Have you been able to play on this console before with this disc? How much free space is on your hard drive?

I tried to delete all and install again but nothing. Thanks

  • So you have played on this console before with this disc, or were you on a different console previously? The game files must be installed to play, even with a physical disc. If there are no game files on your hard drive when the disc is started, it will download the patches, then copy the disc content to the hard drive. It sounds like the last part is where it isn't finishing. What files are currently listed as installed on your hard drive for Destiny? There should be one large file (5+ GB) for the base game disc on your internal hard drive, a few smaller patches, and the compatibility packs 5 - 10. If you see the large file, try deleting it, then clear your console cache again ( https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539 ), and start the game again. If it still doesn't finish installing/copying, it could be something with the disc itself, or the console having trouble reading a spot on the disc. Is there anybody you could borrow a disc from, or another console you could try installing Destiny on as a test? Or if you purchased the game from a local retailer, ask them about doing a disc exchange.

My files on HHD after installation are : - Destiny -Content 1 -Content 2 -Content 3 - Compatibility Packs 5to10 -OP13DOG Saved -Title Updates I have played just 3-4times with my console without HHD installation, but after the HHD installation doesn't work. I tried to do an HardReset and download again my GamerTag. Cleared my HHD Caches and try again the 2 ways: 1)with international HHD installation = """Impossible read content """" 2) without internal installation = Login; Verify Content; ......"""""blocked """""

  • What is the size listed for the "Destiny" file? I think that should be the disc content, but if the icon is a triangle that looks kind of like a caution/warning sign, it's not really installed. If that "Destiny" file is the largest in the list, try deleting it, then clear your console cache again ( https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539 ), and start the game again. If there are any Destiny related files on storage other than the internal hard drive (like usb or cloud storage), try deleting those files too. If you have any usb media attached, try removing that temporarily while starting/installing the game.
