So ToM is now a requirement.
Can't do hard raid cuz I don't have ToM. If you need 6 on your team you mustn't be very good.
Edit: 11/14/15 Beat oryx on hard with a group that only had 3 malices. Suck it haters!

admittedly this is better than back when ghorn was required. That was total RNG and I could understand why people would be pissed if they were kicked/not allowed in raid groups becasue they didn't have it. ToM you can get 100% by doing a specific series of quests. No RNG. Yes, it is time consuming, but you can get it if you put in a little work. And most of the quest is doing things you would normally do. The annoying part is the calcified stuff, but if you've only concentrated on one character, just look up the grimore for the fragments and it will tell you what you are missing, and there are multiple guides online to tell you where the fragments are

5 RepliesIt's so funny when ppl with malice do WAY less damage to the sister than I do with sniper and raid machine gun. Only scrubs need crutch weapon to beat raid.

Just get it, it is easily achievable for those who deserve it but even if you have it don't go into groups that have it as a requirement because they are probably noobs with no skill

It's a B.S. request for normal mode but for hard mode I understand it better. The two things I don't get for any player just under 310 and whining about not being invited for hard mode raids: 1). No Touch of Malice -- collect the fragments and get it done! 2). No 310 artifact -- this item alone will get you over 310 if you are close...just do the Taken Wars quests and kill the champions on patrol.

I personally think that you should atleast have 4 ToM. You certainly don't need ToM to do the raid but it's much easier with ToM.

11 RepliesFirst just go get the gun and stop complaining it's not a hard quest. Secondly to turn around and say if you need 6 your not any good tells me you have no idea what the raid mechanics even are. So before you get everyone all worked up, just go get the gun and maybe run a normal raid to figure out what your doing.

Just get it. It was bullshit back when people were requiring Gally for raids because some of us hadn't been blessed by rng to get one. Now, however, getting TOM is as easy as looking up where calcified fragments are and can be done whenever you feel like it. So, why not ask people to have it? No, you don't need it to beat the raid, but it sure does help.

You can find a group who will let you raid without it . It's not that hard .

Because it's super easy to get and its a huge dps in oryx/daughters fights.

I did yesterday upto oryx, wiped a few times then called it on HM and I don't have ToM 2 fragments away from it mind.
