The cult of the spindle people forget that triple tap has the potential to increase your ammo capacity from 23 to 30, as always, skilled player out dps shitty players every day of the week, regardless. Had to call it out, so many people will just blindly say the spindle is better because it has a 20% impact advantage and a hefty range advantage (how far is the war priest and gogoroth away?) but they fail to remember that it has a 40% disadvantage in the rate of fire department.

I switch between my stillpeircer and black spindle. I've noticed I put up the same, sometimes more damage on warpriest with my stillpeircer as my BS. And on golgoroth the spindle gives me more damage. I think it's because I usually miss a crit hit or two on warpriest with the spindle.

It is terrible... If you suck at hitting warpriest in the face. If you can't get crit shots against golgy... Well, you might want to go back to Tetris.

We left 20% health on warpriest in first sitting coz everyone has spindle, weapons of light plus two theters. Mine is 320. Yup.

It's ok if you got it. People saying it's the highest dps sniper in the game are wrong tho. With the right perks a 1000ys or eireen rr4 can out dps it. True story. You must take into account the slow ass fire rate of black spindle. Have sniper reload speed gauntlets and or a reload speed perk, possible triple tap.

Its a great gun but i prefer using my 1k ys

me and my fireteam of 3 joined another fireteam of 3 who raid. who like, from when i first entered knew how to raid and yeah they where good. at the all the parts up to oryx but let me explain a few things and yous can argue with my view but yeah. Firstly in most parts of this raid if you go down to 5 men or 4 men its nearly impossibble to finish, althou at war preist and golgoroth it can be done if the boss is already down low health and the ppl alive are good. so yeah anyway, from my experience on warpriest, its easier to kill him with blessings of light and touch of malice than it is with spindle and weapons as during the spindle and weapons of light, a good 70% of the time one person will likely die because they dont have the blessings, althou if you have 2 titans then that is effect aswell but last night we never and the squad we joined did not change there game to the characters we had, 4 hunters a warlock and a hunter, so after a few attempts the releaized they could not do it with weapons and spindle because they did die, so i suggested everyone to just change to touch and put blessing behind the aura on the right and then go middle middle, we did it first go. So we got to golgoroth and these guys in my opinion do it the harder way compared to the easier way. they kill the adds and then one person gets the gaze from the top where the adept sit like at the bridge at far back where the adds spawn on the right side and then we proceed to take down the right bubble, and the titan would place his weapons of light behind the pool of water! and because the guy runs down from the back it wastes a bit of time from dps on boss it also is slighlty more awkward to shoot the sweet spot on that side. so on this the titans bubble disapred like instantly, one of the guys who said from start they do it is, got the green aura and then ran up to golgoroth with it and proceeded to die, i was like wtf? and his excuses came afterwards. so we tried a few times this way it was a shambles, i then spoke to them about the left side and showed them the small podem the person who gets the gaze can just stand here the whole time without taking damage to get the gaze and then just drop down to the right off the podem when you have the gaze and the small balls golgorith shoots at you will be pure stright if you're in the correct place. and to place the titan bubble in the middle on the platform above the places where the pool is going and we just run through it to get it and drop down, and who ever gets the green just jump right at 2-3 seconds and everyone else jump left, rinse and repeat. they where like but the adds will kill us if the bubbles not there, i said sure ur bubble disapers down there anyway and also we have 4 hunters who have teather!! just kill adds with the teather. low and behold they managed to get it down within the next few gos. the sisters/daugters are self explanatory. but my god when we got to oryx the egos and the hate started to fly, it was crazy. Firstly they were all wearing there newly flashy red banners ye know what i mean? so the way these guys wanted to do it was titan at top with hunter shooting ogers but not killing! while the rest of us on podems and hunter doing the jumps, so the guys up top killed an oger and like the guy on the other podem had not a clue even where the knight came from! i was like wtf lad? i had to jump up try and kill the night while the two already up top where just in the bubble not shootin adds or even attempting to kill the knights, they then proceeded to say, we dont kill knights! i was like one spawned! sheesh. so then i said to them look lets just kill the ogers and kill knights while the 2 at top now just stay at top untill the runner gets the aura and drop down middle, kill adds,shoot orxy, kill adds and ill say, 3-2-1 go for bombs. 1st question i got, where do the knights spawn 2nd question i got, will i kill the oger 3rd question i got,which was the most stupidest one, will i still take the aura from the vessle!.. i just laughed for about 5 mins in the party and left lol freinds of freinds on destiny raid who beat it.

I cannot stand folks who tell me how my subclass should be set up or what weapons to use....it's like shut the f*ck and worry about your damn self!

Explosive rounds/casket mag, spray and play with sniper reload gauntlets with a 1000 yard stare is my boss killer.

I don't use black spindle for the raid bosses I use my 1000yd stare and out damage people with Black spindle even though I reload. But I see black spindles worth

I have 2 1000 yd st at 304 one with will of light and the other wizard bonus damage and usually do more dos the the guys with spindle so don't need it
